It's been an eventful time for Craig. He was cast in the key role as the police marksman in Stephen Frears' production of Jean Charles, directed by Henrique Goldman. Originally Craig met with Henrique and some relatives and friends of Jean Charles (who were acting as advisors) to discuss the role of the Police Liaison officer but both director and producer changed their minds and offered him the more controversial role of the policeman who kills the innocent Brazilian. The role of Jean Charles is played by Brazil's biggest star Selton Mello.

He has also just finished filming rom com Will's Diaries in which he plays dashing Doctor Crispin Shakespeare alongside Eugenia Yuan (Memoirs of a Geisha). The movie tells of the accidental discovery of Shakespeare's diary by a reluctant doctor and his unwelcome US actress lodger & their subsequent attempts to hold onto them… For his contributions to the script before and during shooting he was also given a writing credit.

Craig's also just finished filming on Howard Webster's satirical comedy Meet Pursuit Delange also starring James Callis, Craig Fairbrass, Vadim Jean and Robert Portal.

Recently Craig has also been appearing as Guest History Presenter on BBC 1's Inside Out Show.
